I cannot say enough about the exceptional customer service, professionalism, and kindness of the staff at Forget Me Not Florist. Appreciating that many times flowers are sent not just in celebration, but also at times of a desire to express sincere sympathy and care. The staff was wonderfully empathetic, and put together a most beautiful arrangement. Outstanding job, Highly recommend, and will confidently utilize their services again and again🙏🏼

I was looking for a local florist near Johnston, RI and found Chris, who had amazing reviews—and now I know why. From our very first consultation, Chris was fantastic. He’s clearly so experienced and brought a ton of creative ideas to the table. He gave thoughtful, honest feedback (which I really appreciated!) and had such a calm and confident presence that I left our meeting feeling completely at peace. Over the next several months, I made a lot of changes—what kinds of flowers I wanted, what arrangements I needed, and more—and Chris handled every single adjustment with ease. I never had to follow up or stress about anything; I had full confidence in him from start to finish. And on the big day? He absolutely killed it. My bouquet was a literal dream. The ceremony florals, the centerpieces, everything was stunning and completely captured the vibe I had in mind. Chris, thank you for bringing so much beauty to our day!

If you’re in the market for bouquet of flowers for your significant other I wouldn’t recommend this place although they have options to choose from & the staff is very helpful but the craftsmanship wasn’t the best the wrapping paper came apart as soon as I enter my car & what surprised me is that they used Scott tape to hold everything together which I’ve never seen before from any florist I’ve been to. Definitely wasn’t worth the money spent. Response to your unprofessional reply As you said it was a REFERENCE photo, not my exact expectation. I wanted 30 roses with the same color scheme and cherries. I didn’t think it was that hard of concept to grasp but clearly it was. The bouquet was SLOPPY and poorly put together. As a professional “florist” if you didn’t have the skill set to do it you could’ve politely declined. And the roses were wilting same day and look terrible 2 days later. I also never sat there and picked out every flower, that was a lie.

I called early afternoon on a Saturday for a same-day flower arrangement delivery to my mom, for her 85th birthday on Sunday. I was panicked due to my own tardiness, knowing chances were slim that I could accomplish this on time. The owner advised that all deliveries for the day were done earlier, but he sensed my stress. He then asked me if I minded an early evening delivery instead and, if so, he would personally deliver the arrangement to my Mom after he closed the shop for the weekend. THAT is next-level customer service! His empathy blew me away. I will always use Forget-Me-Not in the future as a result. In the end, my Mom was thrilled with the beauty and size of the arrangement AND the fact she was so surprised to get it the night before her birthday. Made me smile. All because of this shop owner who went above and beyond for me. If this is how they manage all aspects of their business, then you’ll be well-rewarded giving them all of your future business! I live out of state, but will call them first for my florist needs going forward!
