My experience with Carbone and specifically Maggie in fresh flowers and Carol in supplies has been nothing but exceptional. I live and work on an island and getting what you need to execute a wedding is nothing short of challenging! This company and those two employees made the impossible, possible. The staff here is extremely unfriendly and unhelpful — they basically ignore you when you walk into the warehouse. I place orders for weddings, and about 90% of the time the flowers arrive in terrible condition: brown, moldy, or already past their prime. The quality is horrible, especially considering the premium prices they charge. On top of that, they don’t stand behind their products. If flowers arrive old or unusable (with heads falling off), they refuse to issue refunds. It feels like they just take your money and run. Save yourself the time, stress, and disappointment — you’re much better off ordering from another wholesaler online or going to the floral reserve.
