Most friendly and welcoming staff! I came in looking for an anniversary bouquet, requested a beautiful arrangement with ranunculus which is exactly what they delivered! Better than I could have imaged.
The quality of the flowers and design were poor. I had a conversation with someone a week earlier about my vision, color scheme, and types of flowers. She assured me that her florist would put together something very unique and that they would order some flowers due to the nature of my request . When I picked up the bouquet, the flowers were wilted and frankly looked sad. The woman even commented, “ we did not clean these up”. Color scheme was frenetic and was nothing that I had requested. The woman who I believe was the one I spoke with ,referred to the notes ;clearly, the bouquet did not reflect same. I will say they remade the bouquet but their selection of flowers were minimal and subpar. Another florist stated that sometimes the flowers requested are not available, which is totally understandable. However, I was informed at the time of the order that the flowers I requested were available. Even if there was a change in the distribution, someone should’ve called me. I prepaid which I am totally fine with, but the result was disappointing.
I just had to express my gratitude for how helpful the ladies at Sprigs were earlier today. I was pointed to this beautiful arrangement that put such a smile on my mom’s face. I recommend them for all of your floral needs!
