Shaw's

I love this Shaws. It is well organized. Always well stocked and clean. They even have a Starbucks by the door so you can have a cute little treat while you shop. I come here weekly and I love it. My only complaint is that there are often expired items still on the shelves and seemingly not enough sales. (It’s practically impossible to ensure everything is 100% unexpired at all times in a store this large but I do believe this place should offer more sales like other stores do. Like 50% off if you find an item that is expiring today so that the shoppers do the work for you.) Their sales racks are always almost bare but I’ve dozens of times accidentally purchased a days, weeks, even months old expired item from here and only noticed when I got home (now I try to check as I shop but I think that’s unnecessary)

I LOVE this store! I was looking for Coffee milk and spilt it all over myself and manager Timmy helped me clean myself up! He is truly a life savior! Thank you Timmy Swiss who has a boat in his neighborhood! I wish it looked like this one tho!

This is the grocery store I go to quite frequently and usually don’t have any issues. However, I called one day to ask if they have Apple Pay because I had left my wallet with my cards at a friends place and wanted to get groceries before a big snowstorm. The first person I talked to wasn’t sure and got someone else for assistance. No problem. When the second person came on the phone they immediately met with a bad attitude and said “Who is this?”. No “Good morning” or “How can I help you” or anything of that nature. I asked them if their coworker informed them of my question and they said “Were they at the register?”. If i’m calling via phone, how am I supposed to know the location of where an employee if picking up when I didn’t call a specific department because of a general question. I had politely asked to speak with someone else with a kinder demeanor since they were both unhelpful and rude. I could hear the employee complaining about me in the background instead of finding someone to help me. I wasn’t even in store and had a terrible experience just because I wanted to make sure they took Apple Pay since I did not have my physical card. It’s disheartening to see how rudely I was greatly for a simple question especially considering that I always give this store my business but will not any longer.

Every single time I go here, there is a problem. The short bald heavy set manager is extremely confrontational. No problem screaming at customers.Shaking his head throwing his hands up. I’ve never been spoken to by an employee like that before. Really should look at who you put in a manager position, since they are who represents the company. I will be taking my weekly business elsewhere from now on. This manager needs to be spoken to

Pricey but good quality, plenty of parking, shopping carts need to have the wheel unlocked often times. But they have a cup holder built in so that's a plus. Bathroom = clean.
