Have been a regular delivery customer for two years, twice a month large orders. My husband is a disabled Vet and I am his caregiver, so we depend on the service. The service was good initially however, it has really gone down hill over the last year. Delivering many close to expired items, substituted items wrong, today was the last straw left parisable food outside without notify us at all (normally delieved inside). We were home. Not organized or dependable. Will not order again. I do not recommend.

Do not order groceries from here for delivery for now on they no longer use Peapod. They charge your account for the groceries then they lose the groceries then they want you to wait five days for a refund and pay more money for the groceries that they lost. My father is 80 years old and I had to argue to get a refund and still don’t have the money in my account. Absolutely terrible service. The only lady that is helpful there is Morgan the assistant manager everyone else was absolutely useless. Definitely just ordered delivery from Shaws or Belmont. I also called the store three times to get a district manager’s name and phone number and nobody would provide that for me. They told me to call the one 800 number and the 800 Number told me I had to call the store. Obviously, they don’t want you to talk to the district manager.

The produce section here is absolutely disgraceful. Someone will get food poisoning. The last time I was here there was a bag of baby carrots that was so shriveled up and white they were almost a month expired. These photos only show the onions. I can’t even imagine what the rest of the store currently looks like.

OTR DRIVERS If you are given the address, 171 pt Judith rd Nattagansett, Ri It will lead you to a street that only non commercial vehicles can turn down. The store is located at 66 pt Judith rd. It’s located in an extremely tight plaza. There are two ways you can enter. I delivered non-perishable merchandise to the store. Two ways you can enter, depends on which way you come from. you will need to make a right or left turn when you see T’s restaurant, when inside the plaza, and follow the path along side the building towards the back (tight turns; adjust tandems). *Non-perishable : will be located at the 1st set of trailers you see, after turning to back off the building. Due to the limited space and the many trailers in dock doors, You will have to blind side back. *perishable (dock doors are opposite of non-perishable): you will see the dock doors and you will need to make a turn around follow the path all the way out until you see west marines and make a right to go towards the light that leads to Woodruff Ave, make a right at the next light that leads to Pt Judith Rd, make another right to come back into the plaza, don’t turn at the first left ( opposite of t’s restaurant), keep going until you’ve reach the stop sign, make a another right and make a left at the last entrance (you should see west marines) before the light and follow that path all the way back to the dock doors. Depending on what your direction you’re coming from, you can easily miss the store. You will have to follow a beautiful scenic route along the beach and residentials to get back to the store. *Easy check in and quick unloading
