Kohl's

Quality has gone down a bit while prices go up, but they at least seem to be doing better on better inventory. However, They can't seem to remove security tags! I'll remind them and still end up with at least one on clothing. Do they even work since I leave the store every time! I shop there maybe two or three times a year but no more because I'm a very busy person and do not have time to run back to the store every time they fail. This is annoying and others seem to share the same experience. Sad managers can't fix the issue.

Great selections at so many different price ranges. No high pressure people coming up to me to buy what that thought i needed. Just myself enjoying shopping for nyself, which i never do. I loved my experience.

Being from New Jersey, I have always shopped at Kohl's and was pleased to discover that there are stores in Rhode Island. My go-to store is in North Kingstown. The merchadise is presented beautifully and the staff is extremely helpful. My cashier, Stuart, helped me navigate the new credit card and app. Overall, the store is worth the trip. There is an abundance of items, all staged for easy access and the parking is plentiful.

Kohl's visit today was very satisfying. Got some terrific things and had a super helpful cashier Shannon who straightened out an account problem so quickly and nicely. Good employee Kohl's, she needs a raise! 👍👍👍

Kohl’s clerks were friendly and available for assistance. The prices are great but I found the selection today for holiday outfits to be poor. I realize that it is late in the season but what was available seemed disorganized and not well displayed. There also seemed to be a lot of out of season clearance clothing which added to the challenge of finding clothing pieces of interest to me. I do greatly appreciate the benefits of being a Kohl’s credit card customer because of the additional credits applied to purchases. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback for my shopping experience.
