I googled “best florist” in Portsmouth RI and Carlone’s came up first. I ordered a bereavement arrangement from out of town and happen to speak with the florist after placing my order online. They were so helpful and responsive as well as their real time communication about delivery. They are excellent and deserve 5 stars.
Susan from Carlone’s Florist was such a pleasure to work with! She created such beautiful arrangements and bouquets for my wedding. I was getting my hair done when the flowers were delivered but when I saw them, I cried tears of happiness at how beautiful they were! Susan added a special touch to my bouquet by including lace from my dress, my late great grandmother’s rosary beads, and a picture of my late grandfather who was like a father to me. I loved my bouquet so much that I am getting it preserved! Delivery was right on time, flowers were fresh and in vases filled with water to stay fresh, and boutonnières were labeled and sealed in bags to stay fresh. While I don’t have my professional pictures yet, I wanted to include some taken by phone. I highly recommend Carlone’s for any of your floral needs! They are phenomenal!
Carlone’s is such a nice, small town florist. They delivered the most beautiful arrangement to my mom for her birthday right to her doorstep. The gorgeous arrangement put a huge smile on her face! I also used them for my wedding and always recommend carlone’s.

Picture does not do the incredible arrangement justice! You can 100% tell they care about the products they provide and they put a lot of thought into the mood the flowers are trying to relay. I'm in Houston and they went out of their way to give my sister and brother-in-law their surprise baby reveal with a very last minute request, packing the flowers and "it's a girl" balloon in an extra large box to be opened to reveal the "surprise". I requested all yellow flowers with one pink. They delivered on a Sunday in the freezing cold! :)
