I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kaelin’s Florals and the amazing service I received. I reached out to Kaelin very last minute on Thursday (1/29/26), hoping she could create a corsage for my son’s winter ball that Saturday. She was more than happy to help and incredibly kind, warm, and accommodating. It was close to closing time, yet after speaking with her on the phone, she graciously allowed me to come in. From our conversation alone about his date’s dress, Kaelin had already thoughtfully selected and laid out the most beautiful flower options when I arrived. Everything was perfectly curated, and I did not need to sort through dozens of choices because she had already envisioned something stunning. Her creativity, attention to detail, and genuine passion truly shine through her work, and her personality makes the entire experience even better. When I picked up the corsage on Friday, it was absolutely beautiful. My son was in awe, and his girlfriend loved it. The pricing was very reasonable, the customer service was exceptional, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Kaelin’s Florals has gained a lifelong customer for all of my floral needs. I highly recommend this floral shop to anyone looking for beautiful work, outstanding service, and someone who truly cares about their customers and their moments.

I live in the neighborhood near Kaelin's Florals, and I always get my flowers there. Sometimes I buy them for myself, sometimes I buy them to bring to family and friends. The flower arrangements are always beautiful and artistic! I love how Kaelin and her team arrange their pieces and how they use different flowers while keeping to the budget I provide. The work product would be enough for a 5-star review, but what makes it even more special are the people! Kaelin and her team are always helpful, always cheerful, always friendly. They are also wonderful neighbors, contributing to our community in a variety of positive ways. I highly recommend Kaelin's Florals to anyone who needs flowers!

I live in PA, yet this will ALWAYS be a place I stop when I’m visiting Rhode Island. The flowers are NEXT LEVEL, and the arrangements are something you’ll find nowhere else. Kaelin is wildly talented, and always tailors her flowers to each client. AND- I just walk in, and she throws them together on the spot, yet they are always 12/10. She makes sure every rose and flower is fluffed and perfect. And her personality is amazing, she’s so sweet and funny and somehow remembers me even though I’m not local. Couldn’t not rave more about her, her talent, and her shop!
