Beautiful flowers and excellent customer service. I live in California and I spoke to Nicole to arrange a flower delivery to the Rhode Island area, she was very helpful and even sent me a pic of the arrangement for approval before sending it out. I highly recommend Jephry Floral Studio.

I asked specifically for an arrangement to be created that was not Valetine's day based. This meant I did not want red roses, a lot of pink. What I received was what you see in the photo. This is more Valentines in appearance than not. I also asked based on Valentine's day if their stock of flowers would be such to allow for a rich arrangement considering they are in the midst of focusing on the holiday, which they responded no that should not be a problem. I called and stated that this was not what I asked for and also stated that I would simply like money off my next order to make things right. The owner the asked if my wife liked the arrangement meaning that if she liked iy is was ok that was not what i specifally asked for. I was then offered 25% off this order and a statement from the owner that they are confident in their designers and that they made the correct decisions when creating this arrangement and stated they no longer wanted my business. Note I was a long standing customer who always purchased large arrangements which one would expect deserves the attention to detail the price commands. This is a textbook case of bad management and customer service. This was a $200 dollar arrangement. If you want to chance spending your hard-earned money on an arrangement that you believe will meet your expectations, then falls flat and are met with this kind of response do yourself a favor and just choose another florist as this one does not care about your business. Response to Angela Chen the new owner: The incident you are referring too was my wifes birthday. Also you were not the owner at that time. Jephry, the previous owner had the grace to realize when a mistake was made and resolved the issue amicably. Again years of purchases without issue but the minute there is an issue you rushed to blame the customer. Hopefully this review will allow others to see that you are not the right decision for their floral needs.
