Two stars!!! I have been to ALDI many times and I noticed many workers seem arrogant. They do not seem to be friendly. I like to say 'hi, how are you doing?' but none of them look at me. They just mind their business and seem to toss items like bananas, bags of apples, and even bags of oranges into the boxes. I bought bags of apples and oranges and brought them home. When I opened the bags to put the fruit away, I noticed one of the oranges was bruised. It's funny that many customers leave 4 and 5-star ratings. Really? Something is wrong with them. I hope the manager or customer service read this and do something about it. I am disappointed that many customers there did nothing about it. Here is the picture:
At 7.56 the long hair guy closed door straight in front of me. I wanted to buy just one item. It says to be closed at 8.00pm, but he closed at 7.56. And it looks very arrogant and not loyal customer friendly. I think he has to pass an additional training of how to treat with clients and the Management to control when the doors are closed, which is a lack of Management
Always good prices on Organic food. When the vegetables are fresh (sometimes yes, sometimes no), the prices are always good. A large selection of cheeses. They could use more cashiers during busy times because the lines get outrageously long. Wish it was in a better location because the parking lot sucks and feels unsafe. Overall, good stuff.
Actually ur store is great. Prices are good an selection. You have to do something about the people hanging out in front of the store looking for money. On 2/16 there were 2 guys panhandling, it bothered me so much, I left and went to price is right in seekonk.
I love my local Aldi. They always have fresh produce and great dinner ideas.
