I called last minute at 4:50 when they closed at 5 and was greeted on the phone by a kind gentlemen. Him and his wife were kind enough to deliver flowers to my friend who lives farther away where there is not much around. They got delivered the next day and not only that, they were beautifully done. My friend is very sick and needed that smile. I appreciate them taking my call so last minute, still taking my order, and delivering the next day.
Called Monday to send flowers to my aunt for her 70th birthday. The woman on the phone was very nice and good customer service. I ordered a $100 dollar arrangement plus delivery. It came to $133.74. The product that was received was poor quality. Cheap flower fillers with 5-6 roses for a $100 arrangement. Next door flowers were already welting. Called the following day to let them know how disappointed I was. They requested an email with pictures. I sent an email and received no response. Will not use them again or recommend. Overcharge you for a bouquet of flowers I could have got at stop and shop for 20 bucks.
Always leave with a beautiful arrangement! They make sure you get the best of the best and for a great price. You will for sure leave with a smile on your face and excited to share the flowers they have made for you, even if it's last minute! Great customer service, will for sure be coming back. Thank you!
Ordered a premium size arrangement through teleflora. What was arranged and delivered by Pleasantries was subpar. Looked like a supermarket $20 bouquet of flowers. This was for a family members birthday and I was embarrassed when I saw what was received. Teleflora responded immediately to my message on this with a portion refunded to me. Not sure why a florist would partner with Teleflora if they don’t want to arrange what is purchased or something close to it. Multi color vase was what was ordered. Other photo is what was delivered.
I called Meredith and Mark to send my lady an arrangement at work and they delivered the most beautiful flowers I've seen. Very professional to take the time and super nice, highly recommend this florist shop.
