Store is a little small. Wish they offered a larger product selection. The woman who helped me was nice, even though she clearly was busy working on her own tasks.

Awful, awful, awful. I took a needle point project in to be framed. When they called me to pick it up the project was not centered in the frame. There was an inch or more gap at the bottom and the project was touching the matting at the top. The person who showed it to me for approval even looked at it and said it was way off. She noted for them to center the project and said they would call when done. The very next day they called. I drove all the way over there and it was still terribly off center. They had barely dropped it down by a line. I even had the guy showing it to me take out his measuring tape and the measuring tape showed it was still off by more than 1/4 inch. Again they said they would center it and call me when it was ready. A week went by and no one called. I happened to be in the store and thought I would check to see if it was ready even though they had not called me yet. It was “ready”. The project was finally close enough to being centered not to complain but the back of the picture was obviously ruined. It looked like every time they fixed the alignment they had just pealed off the back paper and then tried to reuse it because it was all wrinkled up along the edges and and curling up on the sides. When I pointed it out the woman at the counter said that yet again she would fix it. This time I waited there 25 minutes for her to redo the backing. When she was done it was obvious that they had reused the paper the first time because her redo was flawless and smooth. Overall I was very disappointed that it took four times for them to get the framing right and no apology or embarrassment over the obvious unprofessional and sloppy job they tried to get away with. I have had lots of my projects framed and have never had an issue like this but that is because I had them done at Joann’s. Michaels entire store from their framing work, to their aisles, to their stock to the employees are sloppy and unprofessional.

Buy online pick up in store is very convenient, located up front by the registers, arranged in buckets in alphabetical order by last name. I took a pic of the 50% off nutcrackers right now 🎄😊😍

Great place for craft supplies and home decors… great sales and rewards program… love to pop in once in a while to see what they have. Fun finds and impulse items…

The staff have always been pretty helpful. They carry most of the art supplies I need. When something is out of stock I can usually get a pretty quick replacement. Recently I needed some art kit ideas for a friends birthday. They helped me pick out a good starter kit. Most of the paper they carry is pretty pricey... In a pinch they are a good but as they are well stocked.
