I like Shaw's. I don't get there often. The staff is always helpful. The store is super clean. Prices are a bit high but I get great sales. I love food shopping so I get to take my time and school the isles. If you have the time, take it and enjoy, you will find great deals.
I shop every week at Shaws in Warwick I would like to give a shout out to employee Maria Silvestre for outstanding customer service. She helped me today and it was very appreciated. All the employees are terrific at this market.
Shaw's changed a lot. I enjoy going there. My only reason of giving it 1 star is due to a product I recently purchase Tuesday. "Tillamook whole milk Mozzarella cheese". My daughter complained about it tasting like soap. Today she said the same and twice in a row she did not have her sandwich for lunch. We looked at the package and there was mold. I absolutely did not see this at all. Brand new package. Date says best used by January 10, 2026. PLEASE REMOVE this product off your shelf. Unfortunately I no longer have my receipt.
A few weeks ago, I went to pick up a curbside order. Half my order was missing. Didn't realize until after I got home. So I went back to Shaw's to get the rest of my order. A lovely young lady in the curbside pickup department was most helpful. Very polite and welcoming. One of my favorite places to shop (unlike the one up the road). Thank you for your service! As a man who works over 60 hours a week, curbside pickup saves me so much time. So far, never had any issues with the quality of the products I've purchased. Great place to shop!
