Very hard to get someone to help you. They are to busy on there phones or non exiisant. Shelves alway empty but merchandise on trucks is aisles. No one working the floor. Only met a couple pleasant people. Most of them complaining about there job and staffing issues.
Walked into this location at 4:30pm on a Sunday afternoon, asked for the key for the bathroom, to be told it’s not for the public. I asked if the bathroom was out of order? I was told it was for employees only. To which I replied. “Ok, I’ll ask corporate” to which this employee responded “do you wanna read the sign? You can leave the store if you’re going to give me attitude” “I’m not giving you an attitude, I’m asking if the bathroom is out of order?” “Yeah, you’re giving me an attitude, you can leave the store” I was taken a back because I’ve used the bathroom at this dollar general store.. so, When I was given an attitude simply for asking about the status of the bathroom, it was a bit jarring. I have over 25 years of customer service and understand what device workers deal with.. this person unfortunately missed the mark by a large margin. This employee could benefit from more training and coaching from management. I was asking for my 8 month pregnant girlfriend.. Store management can pull the CCTV to verify this interaction. Calls will be made to corporate on Monday. Poor customer is never acceptable.
Very small place that's always messy. There's some good stuff like soda ice cream and cany for a small price.
Worst Dollar general I have ever been to employees don't care about anything only has one worker on ever lines are infinitely long shelves are always empty. What's the point of even having this store
Dollar general truck driver. Really nice and neat store manager cleaned it up well, and was very nice and respectful. She runs another store in London and is very nice, give her her props 👏🏽
