Walked in and was greeted by a very sweet young lady. I explained what I wanted and they didn’t bat an eye. I was informed that they had a lot of arrangements to do for a funeral but they would be sure to get my request done and delivered by 4:30. This will be the only floral shop I go to for now on. Also they exceeded my expectations on the floral arrangement and balloons. My wife was very happy.
Palmetto Gardens is absolutely fantastic! The pricing is fair, the delivery was quick, and the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous! I've experienced some florists using more "fillers" than flowers, but that is absolutely not the case with Palmetto Gardens. Highly recommend this company!
Asked specifically for 2 "distinctly different" bouquets. Received exactly identical bouquets. Placed order on Friday for pickup Saturday. Arrived 24 hrs later and was told that bouquets were not ready, that I should come back in 15 minutes. Came back in 30 minutes, and still waited additional 20 minutes for bouquets to be made. This is very unusual; I have 100% good experiences here until today. I will continue to support this business, but staffing and communication need to be addressed.
I came in on a Friday asking for flowers for a wedding the next day. The florist and the young lady with the sling on her arm were very helpfull and got me the flowers even though I came in last minute. You ladies were fantastic, and the flowers made the day. You now have a customer for life!!!
The flowers where amazing and beautiful the only thing I didn't like was I never received a email or a text showing the flowers were on the way or even delivered until after the fact I had called twice about a email nothing happened overall she received her flowers she liked them
