Ordered from a 3rd party. Paid $140 for a premium bouquet and got this crap that’s not even worth $50 I could’ve went to Walmart and got a bigger bouquet than this. They deserve NO STARS and I better be refunded. I also order led balloons and a stuffed animal. Business will not answer the phone.
Received flowers on a Tuesday afternoon. By Thursday am, part of the arrangement was dead, others starting to turn brown, water was super cloudy and they smelled terrible. Tried calling during normal business hours on Thursday and the phone rang and rang, with no answer/no voicemail. Got ahold of someone Friday am and was inquiring to see if my Boyfriend could get a refund given the flowers are dying and I know they weren’t inexpensive. She was completely passive aggressive telling me they took a photo of the flowers when they delivered and they were perfect. I didn’t dispute that, told her they looked great and then she proceeded to use the outdoor heat and leaving them on the porch as an excuse. I told her I was home when they were delivered (WFH) and that I brought them in as soon as they were delivered. She then tried to tell me that based off of the AC in my house that flowers don’t like certain locations?!? Told her they are on my kitchen table, no direct AC and I’ve never had issues with a floral arrangement lasting 2-3 days?!? Water is cloudy on Friday after changing it on Thursday afternoon. Petals falling off, shriveled up, brown/crunchy, leaves dying. She ended the call saying “I’ve told you all I can tell you” and hung up on me! Never offered a refund or anything, othered than attitude. DO NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM THIS PLACE!
I live out of state and was looking for a last-minute florist in Charleston to send birthday flowers to my 94-year-old grandmother, on a Sunday no less. Most places were closed (It’s Charleston, after all), but I stumbled upon Blossoms & Stems Florist, and they offered same-day delivery. Amazing! Not only was the service fast, but the price was also surprisingly reasonable, especially for a weekend delivery. I appreciated that they’re part of the Teleflora Network, which means they can partner with local florists to fulfill orders, super helpful for weekend or short-notice deliveries. I placed the order around 9am, and the flowers arrived to my grandmother by 2pm. Perfect timing! As expected with Teleflora, the bouquet wasn’t an exact replica of the online photo (it depends on the season and availability of flowers that these florists have), but what is more important was that the arrangement was beautiful and thoughtfully done. The florist clearly put care into making it special. Blossoms & Stems Florist exceeded my expectations with their prompt delivery and lovely arrangement. My grandmother was thrilled, and I’ll absolutely use them again!
The order I placed was NOT what I received. When I called to let them know I wasn’t happy with the order the rude lady tried to blame it on the fact that I ordered it through my local florist wire service because I am out of state and out of my order amount she only received like 1/2 the money I spent. That isn’t on me I paid a fair amount to receive a lackluster arrangement. The lady was rude, disrespectful and hateful. And I called trying to be pleasant but in the end she got what she put out there. The first picture with the white flower and pale carnations was the order they sent out. The second picture is the flowers I ordered to go to another state, it is worth the value. If you are not willing the give the customer the value they paid for then maybe don’t take the wire orders. And when a customer calls the incorrect thing to do is to rudely tell them is “well too bad, can’t make everyone happy” and hang up. You my dear should not be in customer service if that is your best. 100% will NEVER order or send wire orders to this company again!! Recommend y’all to be leery of this company and their cutting corners.
My cousin (who lives in Canada) sent me flowers, she wanted to use a local florist instead of one of the massive chains. So she placed an order with Blossoms & Stems. Arrangement was supposed to be delivered Friday, Jan 30, 2026. Today is Tuesday, Feb 3rd and still no arrangement. She has tried contacting them but no answers and you can't leave a message. I told her to contact her credit card company and make sure she isn't charged for them.
