Ordered a plant online, but it wouldn’t be in until Monday. Got a call to see if that was ok or did I want to change the plant to something in stock. I choose in stock with delivery the same day I ordered. Not knowing all the plants by name and explaining whom the plant was for and why, I deferred to the florist’s professional knowledge.
