Carolyn's Flowers and gifts

I’ve been using Carolyn’s flowers for a couple years now. They always do a great job for me. I’ve used both the delivery service as well as picking up at the last minute. My wife and I have been married 47 years so I surprised her with 47 roses I had them delivered to the restaurant ahead of time I think they did an awesome job. Antoine even provided a box for me to shuttle them home after our meal. Great job!!

My daughter who is a working mom and student wanted to suprise me with flowers on my birthday 2/20/25. The flower shop called at around 7pm to tell me the delivery was on the way. I told them I was no longer at work and they asked if it could be delivered the next day. The entire call was loud and chaotic. Understanding that things happen and I said that was ok. The flowers were delivered around lunch the next day and were a complete mess. One entire side was smashed flat, the flowers were drooping, only 4 roses which were completely different than the picture that my daughter chose and paid for, the baby's breath was brown and clearly past it's date. Extremely disappointed and still have not returned my call or email. What an unprofessional business.

I had an issue with the third party vendor I ordered from. Carolyn’s stepped in and made sure a beautiful plant made it to the funeral home I needed it sent to. She kept me in contact the entire time. The plant was delivered by the owner to ensure it made it there. The staff is so so friendly, kind and ready to serve. I would recommend them to anyone!! I was on a time line before closing times in a Friday evening and this florist made sure I was taken care of before they closed.

ZERO Stars! My husband sent flowers for my birthday. They were supposed to be a large bouquet with balloons. Well over $200. I received a fist-sized vase of flowers, no balloons. They were wilted and sad-looking. Shame on this florist.

To start, the delivery driver was very sweet and explained why I got a notification of why the flowers were delivered when they hadn’t been - busy day and they just confirmed delivery in bulk before heading out to avoid a penalty for delivery time. No big deal, but that was initially stressful. The flowers, themselves, two dozen roses, were very nicely arranged and good quality, even though I didn’t get the premium selection, so I was happy. However, as soon as I brought them inside I was overwhelmed by the smell of cigarette smoke coming off of them. I encouraged my wife to look from a distance, don’t touch/sniff. Was very disappointing… literally that’s one of the first things people do with new flowers is to smell them, and this might be something we just throw out before too long as it’s permeating the indoor air. Their delivery vehicle should not be a personal vehicle their employees own and smoke in, just saying. I would buy flowers from them again, but would encourage picking them up from the store directly.
