I placed an order on February 1st for a Valentine’s Day arrangement, expecting it to arrive on time. Unfortunately, it never arrived, leaving me without a gift for my Valentine. I reached out to customer service but received no resolution. This was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend ordering from them, especially for special occasions. I hope they improve their service and reliability in the future.”
We celebrated our 20th anniversary this year, but I forgot to plan a surprise for my husband! At the last minute, I called Edible Arrangements because my husband loves fruit and chocolate. What a pleasure it was speaking with O’Conn Shell on Harden Street. She really made the experience extra special, she suggested an anniversary bundle to purchase. She arranged for a driver to deliver the arrangement right away, despite the last minute call. She even helped craft the perfect fun and cute greeting card message to get my husband excited!! I placed the order on June 4th so that it would be one of the first to be delivered, they brought it at 12:30 pm and to top it off the person who made the delivery seemed like he hadn't even showered, poorly dressed in flip flops and disheveled, the fruit arrangement was wrapped grotesquely and unpleasantly, I understand that for a place that is quite expensive the price of the items, they should take into account that the wrapping is pretty and the delivery person is well dressed, one pays a lot for an arrangement for the treatment not to be worth it. I give it one star because it is mandatory.
Jurnee, Loren, and Jasmine deserve a 10/10 for everything! I walked in right before close and these 3 were nothing but helpful, kind, and patient. I’ve never been to an edible arrangements before but I will certainly be coming back again! Girlfriend loved the arrangement and balloons and the other options looked great but unfortunately were sold out
We (In New York) ordered flowers and chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's Day for somone at USC. We were very apprehensive, but the sales person assured us that it would be well done.
