My wife and I ordered a basket of flowers for a funeral for a lady and the flowers they sent were fall festival colors. The person we talked to was very short and none caring and did not once say sorry that we were not satisfied. We did not specify a color so the sent seasonal flowers. Also it was in a basket made of plastic. Funeral flowers should be a mix of pinks of lively color. This looks like something you would put in the trailer on a hay ride. Was told this was made by the best florist. 🤔

Today was supposed to be a special day of 4 yr anniversary plus Valentine’s Day my husband’s order was supposed to arrive at 12:00 I didn’t receive my flowers until after I got off at 2:00 pm ! Not to mention I was off of work so then I had to wait over 30 mins just to get what my husband ordered, then as the nice guy handed me my flowers the card holder was flopping around in the vase as if it wasn’t placed in a spot for it to be Secure it was just spinning around as the guy passed me my flowers , I was shocked bc it looked like nothing my husband has ever ordered me , plus the disappointment of the color arrangement or placement of the flowers , they looked like they were just thrown together in a rush ! Plus some were broken .: What a disappointment to be honest……………… ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️Today I was shocked to hear Linda can you plz come to the front you have a delivery, So as I walk around the corner I see a lady standing there with this beautiful arrangement of Rose’s I was thinking they must have the wrong person bc everyone that knows me , knows Im not a fan of roses, So As I walked up to her she says hello Im so sorry abt your broken flowers you received yesterday on your special day so we wanted to make it RIGHT so we made you this arrangement, I had to fight back the tears , As a warmth came over my heart , all I could say was thank you so much then I gave her a big hug bc for somebody to take the time to make something right shows me they are a company I want to keep doing business with ! they did not have to do this and most places Will not do this !! clearly things happen but they went above & beyond to make it right ! When clearly the didn’t have too & let’s be honest most companies will not take the time to fix or replace a mess up ,She told me they are a local family owned business & they want there customers happy , Well let me clear the air for this company here…. I was more than amazed that you guys took the time out of your day to make such a beautiful arrangement then hand deliver them to me !! I can not Thank you enough it wasn’t so much abt the flowers it was the fact that you went out of your way and went above and beyond to fix something that you didn’t have to fix but you chose to do so ! And that my friend says a lot abt you and your company! Words can not express how sweet not to mention how thoughtful that was for you to do so !! Heart touching ! It’s nice to knw there is still amazing people like you guys that do amazing things like this ! Thanks again
I wanted a special flower for my Dad from his grandson who practically grew up in the house with his "Papa". My son has Autism/ ADHD & he was my dad's shadow!! So I wanted a flower that would stay inside the coffin. I showed the young lady the picture that I Google... And the rest was History!!! I order flowers for a funeral. One that it probably appeared I wouldn’t be at. I upgraded a bit after talking to them to spend $75-80 so it wasn’t just carnations and other cheap flowers. While there were a couple of roses, it was still a very small, sad arrangement. I was a bit embarrassed at the final product. I should have taken a picture. I had decided it wasn’t worth the review but I just checked my credit card statement and I was charged $93 for this sad arrangement. I feel that it should have been a $45 product at best.
