I was very well pleased with the beautiful flowers and the excellent customer service that was provided. I called and asked for a sunflower arrangement to be delivered to my daughter as a surprise and within a short time that same day they delivered a beautiful arrangement that my daughter was so happy with.
I had a very frustrating experience. I ordered flowers and they were never delivered. When I called the number on the website I was transferred to a national clearinghouse in Fort Lauderdale. I was looking for a local florist and not a national clearinghouse. Terrible experience.
I called from across the country for a local delivery. No other local florist had a peace lily plant available for a sympathy gift. The fine folks at Creative Petals Floral exceeded my wildest expectations and delivered the largest and most lush peace lily I have ever seen! Transaction over the the phone was quick and easy! Three different times I’ve called Mrs Matthews and have just given the occasion and colors requested. One time was very last minute as I forgot to put something in the mail (in Texas). She definitely saved the day. My mom is just as wild about flowers as I am. She has been pleased with each delivery. So have I.
