What a wonderful and beautiful arrangement! My husband founds Twigs while searching for a florist during our travels. He was immediately impressed with how helpful, accommodating and pleasant Katrina was when he called. I wanted to post this so that everyone could see their beautiful work and the love that they put into it. Thank you Katrina and everyone at Twigs for brightening the day!!!!!

This is the best florist in Greenville. You can’t always determine the character of a business when something is right. You can really tell when something goes wrong. I had an issue with my flowers and it was nothing that the florist did. It was totally my fault. However, they took care of it. They did not have to help me at all. I always order my flowers for my clients from here. They have the most beautiful flowers and they have the best customer service around.

Twigs is a must wedding flowers! Andrea was so kind and attentive through the entire process as our florist. I’m not a flower person at all and wanted the florals for my wedding to be extremely minimalistic and she walked me through every aspect in detail once I gave her my vision. I hadn’t seen any bouquet like the one I wanted and she made the idea come to life! I was absolutely in awe of my bouquet and the toss bouquet and she did absolutely wonderful. It was better than I imagined!

I walked in at 9:20 this morning holding my own fat bellied short vase and asked Hannah for some help choosing a few flowers for a simple but heart-lifting arrangement for a woman I had never met but hope to. As Hannah listened patiently to what I wanted (but wanted it as inexpensively as possible)she left the counter for just a few moments and returned with the perfect two handfuls of perfect sweet flowers and foliage. She made the sweetest arrangement as if for her own mom…I will come back and ask for Hannah for all my flowers in the future and more often, maybe even for no occasion at all She made my morning sweet and I hope the lady I left them for at the nursing home feels the love that went into it and smiles today♥️

I placed an order for birthday flowers today at approximately 1:10 p.m. By 1:30 p.m., the staff from Twigs had contacted my niece to arrange a same-day delivery. The ordering process was efficient, and the outcome was a prompt delivery of exquisite birthday flowers. Twigs will always be my go-to when I need to order flowers in Greenville.
