What I was supposed to get vs what I got is an embarrassment and a waste of my money and time. The flowers look like crap and I want be back if this is what you think of your customers you can keep it all
I used this florist per a recommendation since im out of town . I ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered on Saturday but sadly it only made it to the Graveside Service Sunday. Realizing they hadnt been delivered on Saturday i tried to call florist but no answer 5 min before closing @ noon. The item I ordered only vaguely looked like what I actually ordered and less attractive. Also the prices online were lower than what I ended up paying. I was told prices were corporate on line and they couldn't change website. Disappointed.
The flowers for my aunt Anita Brock Ventura's memorial service were beautiful. Exactly what I asked for. Lavender and white roses with purple accents. I brought him the butterflies and I hand painted the bird to go in it. Her favorite colors Lavenders, purples, and aqua blues. Thank you Mitchell. For the arrangement. For being her friend. I've used Mitchell's several times and always with good results. They always delivered my flowers on time and made a good impression. I searched Google for their number this morning (I didn't realize I had saved it to my phone) to call for another arrangement and happened to read the reviews. They were horrible and thought if I had read such reviews I might have never used Mitchell's. I placed my order this morning for another arrangement and expect the same great service. Take all reviews with a grain of salt, we all have bad days, but Mitchell's has preformed consistently for me.
Horrific! We ordered an arrangement for a wedding celebration. It was to be an enormous arrangement (two hundred dollars plus twenty for delivery) and were shocked to see perhaps what might be a sixty dollar arrangement. It was appalling!
