Our friend from out of state sent me a fruit basket for my 80th birthday. It was the prettiest fruit basket I have ever seen. Full of luscious fruit and a beautiful basket with a hugh hand made bow. The fruit was fresh and stayed delicious for over a week. Thank you for a great florist in our Pickens SC area. Highly recommended 👌
Ordered a bouquet for a family members Thanksgiving table. I had been trying all day long to find a florist who delivered to their home, since it was close to the holiday. I was able to finally find Ruth’s who seemed to deliver locally to their area, I placed an order that was “free delivery “ but an almost $20 service charge. I received a confirmation email rather quickly but at 3 pm had gotten no update. I called, a man answered took my order number and said he would contact the delivery driver and call me back. After 3 hours of no call, I called back and got a woman who informed me my ordered had been cancelled at 8 am due to no fresh flowers. I was not called, or emailed. I expressed my disappointment and frustrated but she didn’t seem to give one flip. Never extended an apology, no offer to make it right at a later date. Will not be trying them again.
Ok, this is the worse flower I have ever ordered from a florist! I ordered by phone figuring it would be exactly what I wanted and not mess up doing online ordering. I order a peace lily with Clemson colors bow in a nice basket for $67 and some change but got this tiny arrangement in a tiny basket almost the size of the small note card and definitely not Clemson color bow!! See attached picture. Would be great for a doll house. Won't be ordering from here any time soon!! Save your money and go else where!!
