10/10 experience! Adriana was an absolute sweetheart and put so much thought and genuine care into helping me come up with a sympathy bouquet for my coworker. You can tell she puts her heart into her work and truly cares for her customers. I will absolutely be back again to her and her dad's shop for future flower purchases for our company!
BUYER BEWARE! For $175 I ordered white roses for my wedding bouquet but got ivory/light pink instead. When texting her about it, she ignored me for over 24 hours until she accidentally sent me another customers text. Please do business elsewhere with someone honest! She could’ve been honest and said she didn’t have any from the jump instead of just trying to make money. No refund offered, not even a partial!
The customer service was excellent—the owner was responsive and quick to communicate. However, I was very underwhelmed by the size of the bouquet for the price I paid. I ordered a $50 arrangement, which typically includes a generous amount of flowers. Unfortunately, the arrangement I received was much smaller than expected, especially for the price, which was extremely disappointing. I was visiting from out of state and frequently purchase flowers for myself and others, so I’m familiar with what a $50 arrangement usually looks like. Had I known the bouquet would be this small, I would not have purchased from here. While the arrangement was pretty, it was not worth $50. Overall, I was very unhappy with the value for the price.
If I could give more stars, I would. Adriana took my request late on a Saturday—after her posted hours—and still arranged a next-day delivery for my grandmother. She went above and beyond, personally hand-delivering the bouquet and making sure every detail I asked for was executed perfectly. My grandmother absolutely loved the flowers and the card. I won’t use any other local florist moving forward, and honestly, I should’ve paid triple for the service and quality. Prices were extremely reasonable.
Switch from buying flowers at Trader Joe’s to Adriana’s shop. I love this store! Every time I come by, Adriana is super friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable, the flowers are fresh, and there are so many options to choose from.
