I am giving 1 star because the lady I spoke with when I made the order for our 101 yo grandmothers service was so nice and helpful. The flowers were to be delivered to the funeral home the next day and all was confirmed. We all traveled a minimum of 3 hours and max of 6 to Smoaks, SC for the service and the flowers were not there. I waited to see if they would be graveside. They were not. No one saw them or was able to take them as I ordered one in a pot that could go home with a son. While I did receive a text refunding me the cost of the flowers only, I was told a family member was picking them up. We have no family members there, so I asked who. Then I was told it was a pastor. There were 2 pastors at the service, so again, I asked who. Then they couldn't remember. I know we are human, and mistakes happen. I get that. I appreciate the partial refund. But you really do just get one shot with flowers for a service and they blew it.
We purchased flowers from Seven Flowers for my sister's homegoing service. Ms. Asia and Ms. Pearlie were professional and kind from the first phone call to the delivery of the flowers. As we chose the arrangements for the service, they showed us true empathy and patience during our time of sorrow. The arrangements were beautifully prepared and designed, showcased the freshest flowers and arrived at the church on time (actually even a bit early). Highly recommend!
