The customer service was great, and the flowers she had to work with due to the the covid 19 virus, were not in the very best shape. But she did the best she could with what she had and it turned out fine. I would recommend them.

Incredible are the words best used to describe the level of service received when I called to purchase a flower for a family to share after the funeral. The price and fact that there were no additional service fees that you are charged in comparison to other floral sites was appreciated. Even though they had a delivery going to the same area tomorrow Vernell never even attempted to sway my delivery date from today to the following day to accommodate their schedule. I never even thought to add a bow until she asked what color bow I would like on the plant. In short, if you need flowers anywhere near Vance cut out the middleman and go straight to this EXCEPTIONAL, SERVICE ORIENTED BO FLORIST

Highly recommend! I called from Pittsburgh to get an arrangement together for my mom for Mother's Day, I gave them full range to work their magic and they sure did deliver!!
