I cannot rate this amazing floral shop with enough stars! They have gone above and beyond to make sure the flowers I had delivered were absolutely perfect. I ordered flowers for a funeral and I asked if I could have something I ordered from Amazon shipped to them and added to the bouquet. They happily agreed and spoke with me a couple times on the day we were hoping for the Amazon delivery. Unfortunately, the delivery did not make it to the shop in time and the flowers had to be brought to the funeral home without the special addition. BUT an hour later, Kara called me and said they had just received my item and she made a special trip back to the funeral home to add it to the bouquet. Kara went above and beyond to make sure this happened and to make sure the bouquet had all the special touches I asked for. Amazing service and I can’t recommend them high enough!
I want to give 10 stars!! I live by Seattle and called them to send a Thank You bouquet to the staff at Aspire Home 702 for "Direct Support Professionals" week. The arrangement was perfect and they even messaged me this photo of what they sent. I put my trust totally in them and they delivered ... BIG TIME! I'd never heard of them, so this was and act of total faith. THANK YOU. You are now in my contacts, and you can expect some repeat business.
The Boston Fern did such an amazing job with the flowers for our wedding, the bouquets, the boutonnieres, the corsages, everything! They made the day as special as it was. I adored my wedding flowers, and they understood my idea from the start. I asked for eucalyptus and white, and they got it. They also provided the greenery on our wedding cake! Beautiful, simple flowers and a staff that is so easy to work with. Great communication as well. Thank you, Boston Fern! 100% recommend! 😊
