We had a devastating family loss and were unable to attend but Flower's by Bob were incredible. Very personable and empathetic. The Owren family cannot thank them and recommend them enough.

Called last minute from the Cities hoping to order a plant for my cousin's funeral on the following day. Gentleman on the phone was very understanding and even offered to get it to the visitation that night before it was over. Very friendly and accommodating. Family members that were able to attend told me that the lily was "beautiful and full of blooms"...nice job!
Bought umbrella plant at last minute and come to find out when I got home after looking at the plant since the older lady there just grabbed it right away with out me being able to look at it and just was in a rush because apparently they where closed but still had open sign on and door open so none the less she grabbed that plant I wanted to get but as I said I didn't even get a chance to look at and she rang it up right away just so she could get a quick sale and get us out. We'll take plant home looked at it and it was a waste of money as the whole little plant was full of scale and I had no choice but to look up on YouTube to do research to see how to save the plant and so far its been a little over a week and it looks like no way to save it so I feel I just lost out. I'm disappointed and was disappointed in the service. Don't think me and my husband will be back if that's the way they want to do business just because they forgot to tell customers when they walk in that they are closed and was not even willing to really work with questions or anything for a customer and just wanted the money from a sale.Sad so be careful and make sure you get all info and do check all plants when buying from them.
Called today on Mother's Day asking for flowers to be sent tomorrow. Woman was really rude and kept saying she was closing soon, kept reminding me it was Sunday, I was just asking simple questions. Decided not to order anything.
