Grapevines Flower Garden

Flowers were beautiful, along with the delicious truffles. Delivered on time. Very satisfied with all. Thank you!

My mom ordered me a fruit basket with potted flowers for delivery for my birthday. What I got was a cheap white butterfly plant, no fruit, not even a flowering potted plant. They delivered this late, at closing, AND in a plastic bag (because of the cold) so I didn't even see it until the delivery person was gone. They're closed today until Monday. My favorite part of the cheap plant they passed off is the non sanded piece of wood sticking out of it. It isn't decorative, but it is a splinter hazard, especially if you have kids. Save yourself lots of money by not purchasing flowers from these people. They REALLY should have contacted my mom to let her know they didn't have what she ordered and offered substitute that isn't super cheap compared to what she ordered, or a full refund and not even bothered. Save your time and money on this place. They're not worth it at all. (Pictures are of what was ordered vs what was received) *update* I contacted the owner and asked if I could just return the plant so she could tell the vendor she received the order from that I wasn't satisfied, and to refund the person that ordered it. She said no. Then she said the company my mom went through sounded like a scam. But the owner got the order, saw the order and substituted it out herself. She could have done better with the substitution since it's supposed to be of equal or greater value. This was DEFINITELY not equal and absolutely not greater value. The owner told me the vendor didn't give her enough money to cover anything greater which she could have declined the order all together but didn't. It isn't the consumer's responsibility to make sure the florist receive a certain amount of money from their vendors. If they take the order, they should fill it AND they should substitute only with equal/ greater than the original order. The owner kept blaming everyone else including another employee for "accepting the order" then told me she called the vendor and said she didn't do fruit baskets. She said they told her to substitute so she did. Funny since she told me the vendor was a scam but then said she spoke with them. 😏 At this point I'm done dealing with the florist and 3rd party. I'm having my mom dispute the charge with her bank. I'm calling the attorney General in SD for the vendor and Grapevines, and having my mom call the AG in her state against the vendor.

Valentine day order. Had it delivered to her work. It was delivered right around lunch time. It made her day! The arrangement was better than I expected, and my wife liked them very much! Grapevines did a great job! Thanks!

WOW, WOW, WOW!! What a friendly service. This company went above and beyond what I could ever imagine for a Mother's Day arrangement. They were so friendly and so easy-going to work with. I am still in-awe of this beautiful arrangement and to see the smile on my mom's face was priceless! Thank you so much! We will use your services again.

Unfortunately I had to give one star to this horrible business in order to write a review. After ordering flowers for our aunt, she was delivered a hideous arrangement. I contacted the flower shop and they refused to do a new arrangement. Our aunt did not get the arrangement that we requested, nothing even close. In fact, it looked like a bunch of weeds with a couple roses. I wish I could post the picture. The owner was extremely rude and said that she would NOT be fixing our order. She said that she wouldn't make any money if she did. I truly hope that with prom and weddings coming up that people would rethink before doing business here. You will not be impressed with what you get!!
