I have placed orders with The Flower Shoppe multiple times now. A delivery order placed from Fargo, ND, a pick up order in Milbank, and another order for delivery within Milbank, and they all have been perfect! Amazing service, amazing arrangements, and she was more than happy! I've worked with multiple, bigger florists, and this has been the best experience for floral deliveries. Can't ask for more. Highly recommend!
Good customer service, but the flowers that I paid a pretty penny for, for my freshmen prom were awful. There were 5 silk cal lilies and 3 roses. There was way too much green and no baby breath or any filler. I also asked for a specific color with my roses and the girl only gave me red roses! The cal lillies we're bunched to one side and the flowers we're not full all around, they were focused to one side. We also asked for the gold ribbon throughout the bouquet and only got it at the bottom where you couldn't even see it! Also, the stems of the flowers were raw and not covered and the thorns on the roses cut me throughout the night. The worst part was that the young girl in there made the awful thing, and the owner approved it! I did not ask for a Christmas boquet. I could make a better Boquet myself.
We had a wonderful experience here. They were very caring and kind with regards to the situation. Their arrangments were perfect and lasted a long time. Very thoughtful and caring people and they delivered everything on time and exactly as we wanted. Thank you!
