I had a very specific request for tulips in a particular color, and she went above and beyond. She personally reached out to her supplier, sourced the tulips overnight, customized the arrangement exactly as I envisioned, and had everything designed and delivered the very next day. The entire process—from sourcing to delivery—was handled seamlessly and within the same day. What truly stood out was the level of customer service. She even provided her personal cell phone so we could communicate directly and make sure every detail was right. That level of care, responsiveness, and pride in the work is rare. Fancies did an exceptional job with my online order! The arrangement is even more beautiful than the online photo and it was delivered same day as requested. I received an email confirmation of the delivery and a very nice thank you from the recipient for the beautiful arrangement. Bought a single rose. The woman who wrapped it is an artist. The wrapping alone was impressive. Inside was a beautiful rose and baby's breath. Beautiful product at a good price.

!! Must Read First !! Let me tell you about this place, spoke with “Honor” as soon as they opened and she was such a sweet lady who was very personable. I told her Fancies was the flower professionals so pick out some balloons and flowers for my beautiful Fiance for her birthday and they showed out ! FRESH flowers delivered by Douglas within 6 hours (who was also friendly and personable when delivering), beautiful arrangements, mother in law was very impressed !! This place is a must go to for any occasion !!

I was the fortunate recipient of a Mother's Day bouquet from Fancies Floral. The brilliant colors, variety and arrangement of the flowers make this by far the most beautiful bouquet I have ever received.
