My father and I came for an arrangement for my mother in the hospital. Justine was VERY helpful in customizing an arrangement for her. While there my father had an allergic reaction due to Victoria’s Garden’s resident cat. Kaia went above and beyond to ensure he was ok, which was GREATLY appreciated. The customer service here can’t be beat and the store is adorable! If you have allergies to cats, I recommend ordering online or by phone if not CHECK OUT THEIR STORE.

I asked for a last-minute change, and they didn’t hesitate — no complaints, no extra charge, they just took care of it right on the spot.
