I just had the greatest experience here! Ordering for my daughter’s birthday! I wanted the vase with a leaf on it. When I called, was told the vase had changed, I was disappointed, but Chelsey said “wait, I think I see one on the shelf!” I was so happy! Thank you Chelsey for actually looking! Made my day and I’m sure my daughter will be delighted! Awesome customer service! She really cared!
I called the store directly to order an arrangement for my brother-in-law's funeral. I feel like the designer really listened to my wishes. We dropped off some personal items to be included in the arrangement. I could not have been more pleased with the beautiful basket arrangement that was delivered to the funeral home. Spot on!

My daughter is in the military and doesn't live around here, and had to order flowers for mothers day online. The flowers that were picked out by hyvee and sent to me were wilted, dead and leaning over. They probably won't bloom. I love the flowers because they were from my daughter. I'm very disappointed with the job hyvee did with the quality of flowers in the arrangement and the box of cookies that were sent were soaked through. Very sad. Happy Mother's Day!
