Twice in two weeks flowers that have been ordered online are not at the correct store. Not sure if this is an error on the website or what the problem is. The first time the teenager working at the store on Louise avenue store was so rude and didn't even attempt to help me find what store my order had went to, instead I called every store until I found them. The only reason I gave a 3 is because the woman working at the 10th street local this morning was extremely helpful and stated she would track down the order and get the flowers to me later in the day. I've spent well over $100 dollars in flowers this month at HyVee with less than satisfactory service and results overall.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lots of arrangements, bouquets and loose stem flowers to choose from. Unique floral arrangements made with wine, drinks and candy They also have a wide variety of blooming and green plants.
Made an online purchase this morning with delivery and soon after got a call saying the flower holder I selected wasn’t available and suggested an alternative. Within a very short period I received a photo of the delivery from the recipient. It was beautiful!
Went to get flowers to send, took forever. Didnt h ave anuthing I wanted so. Took something else. Then the flowers I picked the lady my just threw them in a vase and stuck others in no arrangement at all. She didnt even change the color of th. Ribbon. To match. It was just a bad experience all around. No more flowers fromm Hy Vee
