We had a friend who passed and her funeral was today. We had very little notice and were nervous that we would be unable to get flowers to her service. I ordered online and the shop reached out to me personally and could not fill the online order but took care of us herself with the funeral home. How Awesome! We are out of state and so thankful for the help. I thought how nice to reach out instead of just cancelling order and moving on. So appreciated. Hard to find this kind of service.
