This was a terrible experience. What I ordered and what I received were completely different. We both dislike white, and they didn't tell us they were out of stock and voluntarily changed it to white. When we called them, they said they didn't need to notify us and that they could take it back but couldn't refund us only the store credit.But the flowers were a gift; is it logical to take something delivered to someone else's home back? Shouldn't a different color have been chosen to make it more appealing? Is this a matter of getting a refund?
Misty's Florist delivered exactly what I asked for and went above and beyond making a little girl very happy to have flowers sent to her Grandma in the hospital. I love Misty's flowers. I live out of state but I have several people in town that I like to buy flowers for on special occasions and Misty's is always so accommodating. I called this time for same day delivery and they happily obliged. The arrangement is always fresh and beautiful and exactly what I'm expecting. The prices are good as well. I much prefer to call local flower shops for delivery then to have flowers delivered by Amazon, it's so depressing when they come in a box like that. I never have to worry when I call Misty's, I know it's going to be beautiful. I will be back for another order soon. Thank you for your consistent quality and customer service.
