Very disappointed in the floral arrangement received for my grandmothers homegoing. I expected to receive the floral arrangement displayed on the website (1st picture) or at least similar, but sadly we received the (2nd picture). It looks nothing like the advertisement-the flowers, the set up nothing. It is also very small. I was expecting a much bigger arrangement for the cost paid plus delivery to the funeral home less than 5-10 miles away ($120) Not satisfied at all.
I had an order delivered for my birthday. They were supposed to be lavender roses. They are not lavender they are pink. Right when the woman delivered them 3 pedals fell off. When I looked at them there are brown pedals on the roses and some of the leaves are brown. They are more like mark down roses you would get on clearance somewhere not fresh roses and definitely not ones to give as a birthday gift. Very disappointing.
Placed an order for a bouquet with local delivery and was nervous about them arriving as this was my first order with Joy’s and I only placed the order the day before. But sure enough, they were delivered on time and made the birthday girl feel very, very special. They did such a great job and the arrangement is absolutely stunning. Thanks!
I have to give a great review to Joys Flowers because I was actually shocked at the quality and beauty of the bouquet that I received upon the passing of my mother. It is absolutely stunning. I must say that in the past I've gotten less than stellar deliveries from this outlet. However, after receiving this gorgeous, fresh and elegantly inspired arrangement, I have changed my mind. I think I would recommend them if they continue this type of quality. Just wanted to acknowledge a job exceeded and well done.
Very disappointing. Nothing like the deluxe floral arrangement I ordered from the picture. It was for a very special couple and it makes me look like a cheapskate, yet I paid nearly $80 for it. It looked like it was thrown together and much smaller. It certainly wasn't deluxe. It is an embarrassment. I will never use Joys Flowers in Chattanooga again. Shame on them and a total waste of my hard earned dollars.
