Flowers were beautiful. My boyfriend ordered 6 red roses. There were only 5.They said there was 6. He also ordered daisies and they said he didn't. They lost a customer.
This florist went above and beyond to make a same-day arrangement for my Uncle's funeral. After using a third party site to order flowers and having them cancel the day of the funeral, we were left with little options. I called Felty Roland in hopes that they had an arrangement available and they were able to put a beautiful one to get on about 15-20 minutes. They were compassionate and made the day a little easier.
My husband ordered flowers to be delivered to me (he was out of town) which was unexpected, and although I'm usually home, I was away that day for a few hours. I received a phone call letting me know they dropped off an arrangement at my home. I thought that was a nice touch so I was aware of the gift. And the arrangement was beautiful and lasted quite a while!
