I needed to have flowers delivered to my friend in Jackson, but I live out of state, so I had to rely on Google to help me find the perfect florist for the job. And Ms. Lashonda is IT! I gave her an idea of what I was looking for, and she made it happen. And quickly! I also loved that she sent me an email with a picture of the arrangement before delivery to ensure that I was happy with my order. Excellent customer service and an exceptional florist! She was also VERY kind to my friend when she delivered the flowers. 10/10 experience.
Absolutely amazing service! The follow-up before delivery was exceptional truly above and beyond. This was the first time ever a florist shared a picture of the arrangement before delivery. I have to say I am so impressed and have now chosen my favorite florist from my hometown. I placed the order online and then called to have flowers delivered for my sister on her birthday the same day and under a very difficult time constraint, since I live now 6 states away and wanted them to deliver to her job. Let me say the customer service!! I'm not sure who I spoke with she was so lovely and energetic and said she would get it done! And they did!! It was amazing that the flowers were beautiful, and the impact was priceless. My sister was so pleased, and literally, it brightened her day. Thank you, guys. It's worth every single penny!!
The florist was very communicative and wanted to make sure that I was happy with the finished product. I really appreciated her attention to detail and friendliness. She was also very prompt, and I found her products to be fairly priced. I will definitely use her again when ordering in this area.
