Ordered flowers on 11/14/23 for same day delivery to Mt. Carmel. They were delivered in a timely fashion and my wife says they are absolutely beautiful. Thank you to the designer

I received the most colorful, cheerful, spirit-lifting, abundant bouquet from these folks over a week ago, and the buds mixed in with the full flowers are still blooming! Bloom after bloom after bloom! Thank you Dad - I'm glad you chose Holston Florist Shop to cheer me up after surgery. I am still smiling because of these beautiful fresh flowers!! Customers, beware of the quality of the arrangements. Attached are pictures of what I ordered (online on the Holston florist website) and what my grandma received. Not worth the money at all ($61.20 total after delivery and tax). Also, the note was spelled so wrong that my grandma had no idea who these flowers were from and called the florist asking who the sender was. Very dissatisfied and will not order from this florist again. REVISION: After going in the flower shop and talking with staff, I would give 0 stars. I did not raise my voice, make threats, or use any foul language and yet the ladies working today were astonishingly rude to me. I was told that the roses would be “dead the next day” if they looked like the picture online. (I don’t know about anyone else but I’ve never had fully bloomed roses die the next day) I replied that I understood that but that’s still not the look I paid for. One of the ladies sneered “I don’t know how to explain this to you” as if talking to a small child. I then replied that beside the roses, the arrangement still doesn’t look like what was ordered. They responded that they put every flower in the “recipe” into my arrangement. I told them that these were for my Mamaw’s 77th birthday and we are disappointed in the quality. Staff told me that they would send someone to pick the flowers up. I asked why I would do that when I had already paid and then wouldn’t have anything. They said that once they had picked up the flowers that my credit card would be refunded. From what I’ve seen and how I’ve been treated by the staff, I highly doubt that I would actually be refunded and I would have nothing to show for the money spent. Also, both employees put the blame of the card being spelled wrong on another person. I don’t know how they’re still in business when treating customers like this. Take care of your florist needs elsewhere.

I've bought flowers here before and have always been amazed at how nice they are. Bought a bouquet today that was absolutely beautiful but apparently didn't fit the reasoning for me sending them so I gave them to my wife's mother and called the store and asked if I could order another bouquet and if they could help me with it. I told them what the person wanted and they did an absolutely fantastic job with picking out flowers. 5 stars on both bouquets I bought today and for the friendly and helpful staff that assisted me.

This shop takes floral design to the next level! Always amazed at the work they do. From just because arrangements to funeral and silk arrangements, I've found it best to use their website or if I have no idea what to send to give them a call..just give the dollar amount on what I'm willing to spend and let them work their magic! Never disappointed.
