A great ordering experience, an even more impressive service experience, and an absolutely fantastic flower arrangement for my mom's birthday - I can't recommend them enough! I ordered over the web from Missouri to have a bouquet delivered to Tellico Village, and the site was easy to use. On the day of delivery, I mixed up the time my mom would be home. With no one there, the delivery person took the time to call me directly rather than leaving the flowers outside the door in the cold, and then VERY nicely offered instead to delay the delivery until the following morning even though it meant adding another drive. When the flowers were delivered the next day, my mom was thrilled. The "Designer's Choice" bouquet she received is in the picture below. Overall, a great experience.

My sister and I ordered flowers for delivery for my mother about a week in advance for her birthday and were disappointed with the results. She hadn’t received them by 3:00 so we called for an update and they were able to get them to her before she left work at 5:00 so that was the first disappointment in such a late delivery. The flowers she got looked very rushed, the heights of the roses didn’t make any sense to the display and there were gaps all over. It looked very messy. I understand that florists do run out of supplies and will substitute items but the vase was changed to an ugly clear one that you could see all the stems, a lot of the greenery or Christmas gold parts weren’t there maybe replaced with the berries instead. I’m not normally one to complain but this was disappointing for almost a hundred dollars for our mom’s birthday.
