I placed an order on 1800flowers via a funeral home link that was fulfilled and delivered by Flower Express. We specifically ordered a large, red flower arrangement as that was the favorite color of the family member. We were extremely disappointed to see what was delivered. It was an all white arrangement with no lilies and only a total of 3 roses that was poorly arranged and small. We noticed all flowers delivered by out-of-state family members were also completely white with gaps in the arrangements. It feels like this florist is running a scam as most people that order do not get to see the product that is delivered.
I receive flowers from this store a few times a month from my sweet heart. He always has Jadis make them. I absolutely loved the ones from last week.

I ordered through DoorDash to deliver to a friend in the area since I'm out of state. I didn't expect DoorDash to send my gift message but to my surprise they did. The Flower Express team added it as a hand written card. You brightened my friend's day. The sunflowers were perfect. Bonus points that the toxic person in her office got to see that beautiful message.
