I especially appreciated their responsiveness, flexibility, and willingness to honor the emotional intention behind the gesture… it wasn’t just flowers; it was a message. For a last-minute, heartfelt delivery to someone staying temporarily at a friend’s home, they handled everything with professionalism and warmth. And the recipient was genuinely touched. I’m super late with this review but I have to brag on how wonderful this business is!!! I came in not really being too picky with what I wanted for my bridal bouquet, boutanniere, and bridesmaids bouquets but was assisted every step of the way. I gave what colors I was looking for and made one more out of the box request. I’m into crystals and had seen some people on the internet would add them to bouquets and really wanted to do the same. The owner was so sweet and told me she would honor that request and asked which crystal I wanted. When we came to pick up my order she surprised me not only with a beautiful amethyst pillar for my bouquet but also a mini one for my husbands boutanniere! 🥹 She made the experience so wonderful and now I have two keepsakes forever from my wedding day. My bouquet was way to beautiful to throw to someone else so I kept it instead and dried it and it’s still as breathtaking 10 months later 💕 Please give this shop your business because it was 100 percent an amazing experience!

I placed an order to have some flowers delivered to my girlfriend to brighten her day. Even though I am two hours away, I spoke with Janelle, gave her some ideas and she created the perfect bouquet. When the time comes to order more flowers, I will definitely come back. Thank you so much for helping me and delivering them as quickly as you did.

On one day I had been to 2 other flower shops very popular and busy in m’boro. Just never finding the right item for a funeral. I decided to go to Enchanted Flower Shop to see what it had, I’ve heard about them before but never visited. From the parking lot I couldn’t really tell if it was the place due to no actual sign on the outside. So I wandered in like a little lost puppy. I was happy to see I had made it to the right spot. The store had such a great variety, different from the other stores. Then the owner and her employee made the rest of my experience a delight. I picked a flower arrangement and she dolled it up even more, added a ribbon and more. She wanted something that came out of her shop to have her distinct quality and more. I was very thankful to see someone so in love with her craft and wanting to share with others. I told my husband, if I ordered just online or over the phone with this place, I know it wouldn’t look like any ordinary bouquet. It would have a special look because she loves what she does. I was very impressed and loved my experience in this shop.

I was looking for flower petals to celebrate my wife for our first wedding anniversary and was very pleasantly surprised by how well I was taken care of. They went above and beyond to help me, great customer service! And the quality of flowers is 10/10! I will definitely be back!
