My biological father died on 08/26 and my work had a peace lily sent to my home and was at my door when I arrived from work on 09/03. There was something wrong with the original plant no lily’s and it appeared sick (not pictured). I called Hody’s + Emma’s Nashville location and I told them what happened and how it arrived. They were so empathetic and kind and didn’t hesitate to schedule to exchange for a new one to be sent the next day. Yesterday, when I got home the driver had delivered a new one (see picture) and it was beautiful and exactly what I hoped in a plant to remember my father. Thank you to all staff (I am sorry I didn’t get everyone’s names) including the driver who made this happen it made my week considering the circumstances of losing my father. I highly recommend their services especially during difficult times of losing a loved one.
I wish businesses were as professional in their work as they are in asking for payment. I specifically requested a red rose engagement bouquet and provided all the details, yet I’ve never seen an engagement bouquet with green leaves mixed in. Very disappointing. I will not be ordering from here again.
My experience with this florist - beginning, middle, and end - was absolutely fabulous. Exceptional customer service, prompt, reliable, and beyond breathtaking flower arrangements. I called and placed an order over the phone with Sasha, and long story short , my 3 flower arrangements were all PERFECT! My Mother and I are very happy and pleased with our flowers! Since the mid 1960's, first, my mother and then myself have only used your florist.We have sent flowers to all sorts of occasions in hospital and home in all sorts of circumstances and they have always been beautiful and so appreciated. I'm always proud to send them to people that I know.Because I know they will be wonderfully arranged and carefully delivered. I read the one pitiful review and it made me want to send this message to your company. I feel like you are always available to do whatever is needed.And I will continue to use only Hody's. And all these years I have never worried or had a complaint about any of your work. The absolute most beautiful bouquet I have ever received. My husband surprised me with flowers while on a business trip and the were breathtaking. My only regret is I could not bring them home on the plane with me. The delivery person even called me as he was not comfortable that the hotel was taking them to my room. Amazing customer service
