As a small business owner myself, I understand how important integrity, quality, and customer trust are. That’s why this experience hurt more than just financially. I spent over $1,000 on premium large roses this Tuesday. When I picked them up (first photo), I was excited — but after inspecting them closely, many of the petals were dry, burned, and visibly damaged. They were not fresh, and they were not in the condition I paid for. I called right away and they agreed to replace them, which I appreciated at first. I assumed they would stand behind their product and provide the same size and quality I originally purchased. Instead, when I sent someone to return the damaged roses, they replaced them with smaller spray roses (third photo). These are completely different flowers — smaller blooms, lower value, and not what I paid for. It was not my fault the first batch was burned. I simply expected the same product I purchased. When I called to ask why I was given smaller flowers, the first employee told me she “didn’t know what to tell me.” After waiting over 30 minutes, another woman got on the phone and told me that’s what I get. She even said they “could have sold the damaged ones all day at their business.” Then she told me, “This is how the florist industry works — you don’t get the same quality.” As someone who operates a business and believes in standing behind what I sell, that statement was shocking. That is not how business should work. If a product is defective, the replacement should match what was originally paid for — especially after spending over $1,000. No solution was offered. No price adjustment. No accountability. The first photo shows the burned flowers I received. As a small business owner, I know mistakes happen. But how you handle them defines you. I left this situation feeling dismissed, unheard, and taken advantage of. This experience was incredibly disappointing.

My first time to Import Flowers Nashville was today ….OMG! I was like a kid in a candy store, it’s amazing. They had everything I needed and then some. I had to do arrangements for a retirement party and the guest of honor lives daffodils and this place HAD THEM!!! This is now my “go to” place for all my floral needs! I will be back in May for a graduation party I’m throwing … if not sooner! You much check out their selection of all kinds of flowers and greenery!

WOW! I don't know which part was best -- super friendly staff, so welcoming/helpful/efficient, amazing selection, unbeatable prices. I got huge forsythia branches for an arrangement, and I'm so pleased. I called around to several other florists first, and no one else had what I was looking for, but one luckily pointed me here.

I love this place! They have a wonderful selection of flowers and a great staff. If you go, please remember that this is a wholsale flower mart not a floral boutique.
