My husband made a mistake and accidentally ordered from this florist online instead of our normal place. I realize it’s Valentine’s and that the volume is a lot during this time, but the quality for $175 total spend just isn’t worth it. There doesn’t appear to be any quality on the greening in process - literal dead leaves were left on the flowers. The rose flower heads are soft for half the flowers (that means they are old). And there was significant foliage below the water line, which is terrible for flowers. The roses weren’t wired, and the heads were starting to droop. Let’s assume $25 for deliveries in that price. That means 12 roses (6 premium long stem and 6 standard), 4 stargazer lillies, and 5 snapdragons, and leather leaf - which I didn’t know was even still used outside of funeral arrangements). I had to re-vase them and green in again because if I didn’t - my guess is these would fully blow in 24-48 hours. By contrast, I did my own arrangements for Christmas and the roses last 3 weeks because they were handled properly. Just a preference - the design of the arrangement was fairly dated. I was more upset about the condition of the flowers, knowing they aren’t going to last any time.
One of my closest friends had this gorgeous arrangement delivered to me at work yesterday for my birthday. He told them that I love bright, vibrant flowers. (I was a floral designer for 12 years) The flowers were (are) extremely fresh, they smell divine, and the arrangement is beautifully PERFECT! I love it so much that I wish I could preserve it forever! 🌹💜🌻

He walked into the store, told them my favorite flowers and it was made on-the-spot in a matter of minutes. With minimal effort (changing water), the arrangement is a week old and still beautiful! The tiger lilies continue to bloom. My parents owned a floral shop when I was young, so I’m a tough-sell, but these were very fresh and beautiful.
Just received my flower/plant arrangement today. I was so surprised by the lovely gesture from a friend. Sadly, the plant arrived with several dead (and dying) plants, moss was hanging out the side, and it smelled terribly of cigarettes. In addition, the delivery person just left this on my porch in the blazing sun and walked away. I was so thankful I was home to immediately retrieve it. Due to the planter's unhealthy state with several dead or dying plants as well as the very strong and obnoxious smell of cigarettes, I will not be keeping it. Order your flowers anywhere else except here. You (and your recipient) will be much happier if you order elsewhere.
I received a beautiful fragrant bouquet of flowers on Friday with roses and stargazer lilies. The flowers have opened up with large blooms. Delivery was quick and efficient. The card read "to put a smile on your face" - and it did!
