I'm in Tampa and my daughter is in Nashville; wanted to send flower for her birthday. Whether it's cross-town, or across the country, you always wonder: "Will they be as pretty and fresh as delivered as they are on the website? Will they arrive on time? The pics tell the story! Gorgeous, fresh, and on time. Her mom happened to be on the phone with her when the flowers actually arrived at the front door...my daughter was in tears with happiness. Couldn't have picked this out without help from the incredibly patient person I spoke with on the phone when I was ordering. She recommended this bouquet for the autumn season, and my daughter loved them. Don't even bother checking out another shop in Nashville!
We have used Rose Hill for years and had a very disappointing experience this week. My husband ordered flowers to be delivered in a certain timeframe to be a surprise and specified that I had an allergy to lillies. The arrangement arrived early (spoiling surprise) and full of lillies. He drove it back to have the lillies replaced and instead of doing that, they just pulled them out and offered a $25 credit on his next order, leaving the very expensive arrangement looking sparse. It was terrible customer service. We’ll not be using them anymore.
Rose Hill provided flowers for our 10/5 wedding. I was blown away when they arrived, and am so excited to get my beautiful bouquet preserved! Megan was responsive and helpful throughout the process, and Rose Hill made my wedding pinterest board come to life!
