Since I was out of town and couldn't stop by the store, they sent me pics of 2 items I wanted to see. They put together a custom order based upon some suggestions I had and I am more than pleased with final product. Super friendly people and I will use this company again.
Babes took care of the floral arrangements for our father's funeral in April 2024, and then our mother's funeral in June 2024. We could not have been more pleased with the care and service that they provided for our family. So. My mama is a real sick, with short term memory loss. And Daddy is in active duty in the military. Dad wanted me to order her flowers for him for mothers day and since I help him pay the bills for her I knew money wasn't an issue. I don't know how to order flowers, my husband usually does that romantic stuff... lol. So I call Babes Florist and I said I need yellow roses in a big huge bouquet with oranges and yellows and whites and reds. Those are her favorite. I told her my moms favorites and told her my dad wanted the biggst, mushiest, most gag-worthy romantic bouquet this woman can do. She confirmed if I wanted extras and I said "Yes! As many as reasonable!" LOL. I wanted this bouquet to make my mama ugly cry with joy, okay? And this woman NAILED it! She sent my mother the MOST wonderful bouquet. My mother called me when it was delivered. Over the moon. The hand written note actually kinda looked like my dads hand writing - which made me feel a little heebie jeebie in the cool way I'll be honest - but mom is CONVINCED dad arranged this bouquet before he went into the army. I went over to visit, this bouquet is literally 3 feet tall. A beautiful balloon, bag of chocolate bars, little happy mothers day thing. Lillies, mums, roses of red and yellow, hydrangeas I think? Tulips! This woman delivers. If you tell her romance enough to make you vomit she UNDERSTANDS EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT! Babes Florist. You made my mother's mother day, and soothed an ache mama feels every day from missing him terribly and sometimes forgetting why hes gone. You are wonderful You're beautiful. you're perfect and wonderful. She called me crying again this morning (cuz sometimes, it's like waking up to a world of surprises because she doesn't remember yesterday - very "50 First Dates" esque kind of life and its scary for her) "You dad sent me the most wonderful bouquet! It's gorgeous!" I know it seems crazy that a thing of flowers could bring this much joy to someone - but you do. Every time my mom looks at it she feels so loved. Thank you so much. From the bottom of my heart, for eternity. Thank you for making this lasting memory for my mom.
