I will never have flowers delivered from anywhere else. They went above and beyond to help me. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my wife at work for her birthday. But, I had forgotten that she was going to be at a conference in another country. They made a special trip so my wife could have her flowers on her birthday. Thank you all so very much. She loves them.
Stacy is awesome. She took flowers to my wife for her birthday and they were perfect. I was very busy and didn't have time to choose a perfect arrangement for my wife, I told her my wife's favorite color and she took it from there. She didn't disappoint.
Aug 14. Another week and a half have passed. 4 1/2 weeks since the wedding now. Still no response. Aug 4 Another week has gone by 3 weeks since the wedding… even though Stacy said she would contact me and said she would take responsibility… haven’t heard from her at all! So disappointing… I hired Stacy to provide floral arrangements for my daughter’s wedding. While the flowers she did deliver were nice, unfortunately, key elements we paid for were missing. The eucalyptus for the 15 reception tables (a $200 charge) was never delivered, and the arch pieces (a $150 charge) were not hung as promised. Stacy acknowledged the mistake and told me she would “make it right.” A week after the wedding, I followed up to ask what that would look like. She requested my mailing address, but nothing ever arrived. I followed up again and received no response. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Stacy’s services. While her design work has potential, the lack of communication, follow-through, and accountability was disappointing—especially for such an important occasion.
Stacy is absolutely the best in the business. I called her to do an arrangement for my son’s funeral and all I told her was I wanted it to be in a truck and the arrangement brought me to tears. I can’t tell you how appreciative I was for all she did for me and my family… You will never be disappointed with her work. She is a true artist and has a love for this work!!!
I haven't known Stacy that long. But I am amazed by the designs she has created. I am so happy with her work. I'll be calling soon again
